Refund Policy

1. Overview

Booklero offers a permanent Free plan so that all users can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to use the Free plan to ensure Booklero meets your needs before upgrading.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months already paid
  • After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan automatically

3. Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
  • You may cancel an annual subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period

4. Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside of the above policy at our sole discretion in the following cases:

  • A technical issue caused by Booklero prevented you from using the Service for an extended period
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error
  • Duplicate charges occurred due to a system error

In these cases, please contact us within 30 days of the charge.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at legal@booklero.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf. For billing-related issues, you may also contact Paddle directly.
