Account deletion
Request deletion of your account and data
Use one of the options below if you want Booklero to delete your account and associated workspace data. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first or contact support so we can help you avoid future renewals.
In-app deletion
If you can sign in, go to Profile and use the Danger Zone deletion flow.
Sign in, open Profile, scroll to Danger Zone, and hold the delete button to remove your account, workspace data, invoices, reservations, and connected assets.
Email request
Send us a deletion request from the email address registered on your Booklero account.
Email support@booklero.com with the subject Booklero account deletion request. Include the workspace name if you want us to delete a specific workspace.
What gets removed
We process the request for the signed-in account and its connected workspace data.
- Account and profile data
- Workspace data such as apartments, reservations, and invoices
- Connected sources and sync settings
- Notification tokens and related app data
Subscriptions before deletion
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate billing actions.
- Web subscriptions are managed through Booklero/Paddle and can be cancelled from Billing before deletion.
- Android subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Open Google Play subscriptions and cancel Booklero before deleting your account, or email support for help.
- Some billing, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute records may be retained where required by law or payment-provider obligations.
